Standard Terms and Conditions for E-Commerce (Internet Cyber Mall)
Standard Terms No. 10023 (Revised June 26, 2015)

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between BT TOUR Co., Ltd. ("Mall") and its users regarding internet-related services provided through the Mall.

Article 2 (Definitions)

"Mall" refers to the virtual business place operated by BT TOUR Co., Ltd. "User" refers to members and non-members who access services provided by the Mall.

Articles 3-5 (Terms, Service Provision, Service Suspension)

The Mall posts terms on its main page, may amend terms within legal limits with 7-30 days notice, and may temporarily suspend services for maintenance.

Articles 6-8 (Membership)

Users apply for membership by completing the registration form. Members may withdraw at any time. Notifications are sent via registered email.

Articles 9-12 (Purchases)

Users place orders by selecting products, entering delivery information, agreeing to terms, and selecting payment methods. Contracts are formed when acknowledgment reaches the user.

Articles 13-16 (Delivery, Refunds, Withdrawal)

Products are shipped within 7 days. Refunds are processed within 3 business days. Withdrawal is available within 7 days of receipt, except for damaged or consumed goods.

Article 17 (Privacy Protection)

The Mall collects minimum necessary personal information, obtains consent for collection and use, and is fully responsible for data breaches.

Articles 18-22 (Obligations, Copyright)

The Mall operates lawfully and maintains security systems. Users must not register false information, misuse others' data, or infringe intellectual property. Copyright belongs to the Mall.

Articles 23-24 (Disputes, Jurisdiction)

Disputes are resolved through the Mall's compensation processing system. Lawsuits are filed at the court having jurisdiction over the user's address under Korean law.
